Keynote speaker: Joel Salatin, a third-generation alternative farmer whose family's farm, Polyface, Inc. has been featured in Smithsonian Magazine, National Geographic, Gourmet and in radio, television and print media. Exhibitors will also be on hand to share their green products and services.

The Dallas Plan Commission is reconsidering gas drilling on Dallas parkland after voting it down in December. The environmental group Dallas Residents at Risk is holding a press conference at 1 pm prior to the public hearing. Residents are encouraged to attend the hearing to voice concerns.
