Earthships are self sustained, off-grid houses made out of recycled materials that provide for all human needs of shelter, comfort, water and power. Earthships collect their own rain water, create their own solar & wind power, and maintain a consistent temperature in any climate through thermal mass. This workshop is an in depth overview of how to build an Earthship, and how each system works. There is a fee of $100 for the instructor, and includes the instruction booklet. The training will be classroom time only. The hands-on training will take place during the builds in May and September. You will get a copy of Earthship volumes I, II, III And yes! there will be a discount: First person $100, every referral $50. Curriculum is posted in discussions.
