This virtual Vinyasa flow series is led by Fort Worth yoga instructor Julie Vitek. Take in a tranquil morning view at home as you enjoy this slow, meditative yoga flow, connecting movement to the breath. You will leave each session feeling relaxed and refreshed, with a stronger connection to yourself and to the world. All levels are welcome. Individual classes are now available.

When: Wednesdays, July 8, 15, 22, 29, Aug. 5, 12 (8:30 – 9:30 am)

Registration Deadline: Two days before each class

Cost: $12/$10 member (per class)

Location: This is an online class; you will receive an email the day prior to class with the Zoom class code and password. 

Materials: A yoga mat and any props you wish to use
