Parmenter Realty Partners purchased Rambler Park in 2013 and achieved a LEED Platinum EBOM certification in June 2014. Rambler Park has been awarded the first LEED Platinum for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance certification in Dallas and North Texas. The prestigious certification of LEED Platinum highlights the distinctive Dallas office setting offered by Rambler Park with its high quality, sustainable environment and direct DART access.

We encourage tour participants to take public transportation to the tour. Rambler Park is located just a short 5-minute walk from the Walnut Hill DART station (on the Red/Orange lines).
