We will meet at the AT&T/Trinity Forest trailhead. From there we will follow the Trinity Forest Trail south, cross over the Trinity via a pedestrian bridge, and then head west for a quick view of the river broadside. We will return by retracing the same route.

We will walk, talk, and take pictures. Beautiful scenery abounds along the way, and the wildlife viewing opportunities are superb. Just about every creature ever observed in Dallas/Fort Worth will be on the list of possibilities!

Afterwards, I will meet anyone who is interested just a little further down the road at the Trinity River Audubon Center. There we can visit the exhibit hall and then go back outside explore the trails and wetland areas. We may even slip back down to the river for another quick look from the north bank.

I’m guessing lunch in the TRAC Café will probably sound like a good idea before we call it a day.

There's no charge to walk the Trinity Forest Trail, but there is an admission to the Trinity River Audubon Center:
