Architect Gary Olp said he was a nature lover as a boy but a high school science teacher opened his eyes to sustainability. It was the 1970s, and his long-haired, bearded biology teacher in Ohio invited the class to organize a “no-waste” party.

From Renewable Energy Roundup and Green LIving Fair

There will be several solar powered tents to watch for at the 12th Annual Renewable Energy Roundup & Green Living Fair (The Roundup) coming up September 29th and 30th.

The largest renewable energy fair in the South is back in Fredericksburg this fall after taking a year off to reorganize and find a new partner.
