UPDATE: CANCELED DUE TO LOCAL AND FEDERAL CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS.

It's so easy to recycle, so why do we keep doing it wrong? What does that mean for the future of the recycling industry? China enacted the National Sword policy in January 2018 in response to the U.S. repeatedly sending them thousands of tons of materials that contained large amounts of nonrecyclable trash. Since then, recyclers have been dealing with low commodity prices and high contamination rates. Two years later, what does the future of the industry look like? Hear from experts who will share their insights on the current state of the industry, public education campaigns to reduce contamination and new initiatives to increase access to recycling services.
