The Natural Guard assist Fort Worth Nature Center staff with projects ranging from habitat restoration, brush clearing, trail and park maintenance, trail and infrastructure construction, wildlife monitoring, special events preparation and much more. We will be helping to destructing and rebuilding a new bridge on Canyon Ridge trail which is one of the more difficult trails. We will hopefully complete the same day. For less construction oriented folks, there will also be a slight trail re-route associated with the new bridge and trail trimming. All volunteers should be in closed toe shoes, bring reusable water bottle, long sleeves, pants, hat and your favorite work gloves if you have them.
