The lecture will explore the foundational concepts of leading through a social justice lens. Dr. Hackman will discuss:

    •    The differences between "diversity, cultural competency, equity and social justice" work on our campuses.

    •    How systems of oppression work.

    •    The importance of working through a social justice lens.

By necessity, there will be some conceptual frameworks, but there will also be time for discussion and question/answer sessions.
