City of Carrollton Mayor Kevin Falconer will take the Mayor's Monarch Pledge at the November City Council Meeting.

The Mayor's Monarch Pledge proclamation will be read at the beginning of the meeting. (The time on this event is estimated for proclamation readings only.)
