Texas Birding Expert David Sarkozi will present an informative program on fascinating avian families throughout the world that contain only one representative species. David is a past president and secretary of the Texas Ornithological Society; current secretary, founding board member and past president of the Friends of Anahuac Refuge; TEXBIRDS moderator; and experienced TOS and Neotropical field trip leader. David is also currently engaged in a “Texas Big Year” - attempting to break the Texas record for total number of bird species seen in a single year in Texas.
