Open to ages 9-12. Participants will explore 240 million years of Coppell history including dinosaurs, sea monsters, fossil, rocks, giant meteors and the ice age with its mammoths and saber tooth tigers. There are many fossils in the creek from as far back as 92 million years ago. Many fossils have already been found in the creek and can be seen in the display case at the Biodiversity Education Center. Each day students will go fossil hunting in the creek in Coppell Nature Park to see what they can find. Camp size limited to 15. Pre-registration required at www.coppellactivities.com
