Lemon Tahini Dressing

(Makes 8-12 servings, 1 1/2 cups)

    •    1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 

    •    1/2 cup tahini 

    •    2 Tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)  

    •    6 Tablespoons water 

    •    2 cloves garlic 

    •    1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth.
