Gathering of North Texas environmental groups to share news and network. This month's topics include:

A) What's new at the Legislature?  The Railroad Commission Sunset bill is out, what does it mean for us? There are other new bills out, so I will have an updated bill sheet.

B) April 29 Climate March?  There is talk about having one besides the one that is going on in Austin....do you want to help organize?  Let's have a discussion about it.

C) Radioactive waste hearing report  - what happened at Hobbs and Andrews public meetings? Come and learn more.

High-level Radioactive Waste storage facilities proposed for West Texas and New Mexico include transporting tens of thousands of tons of dangerous radioactive waste through DFW.

Public comment period ends March 13.

Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt is notorious for suing the EPA over haze regulations. He has already stated he'd like to slash staff by half and severely slash its budget. His confirmation is this week.
