The weekend is fast approaching! So what's on the green slate for the week? First up, this Friday is the First Friday Drum Circle in Richardson. Anyone interested in attending is encouraged to bring your drums and percussion instruments if you have them. Instruments will also be available if you don't. Details.

This Saturday, you can join the Ft. Worth Sierra Club for a 3 hour hike. Could be a great way to unjoy the awesome and unseasonally warm weather. You can find more info on the hike here, but RSVP before the 31st to gaurantee your spot. The weekend should be another sunny one with highs in the mid-60's, so check our comprehensive list of North Texas Farmers Markets to find one near you. The weather couldn't be better for it.

Finally, if you or someone you know is planning a wedding, one reader writes in to tell us about a Green Wedding Course. It's an all-day affair happening this Saturday in Ft. Worth. Details and costs can be found on the event website.
