We've profiled numerous artists who endeavor to hone their craft and sell their wares while respecting our environment. Though we loved them all, we decided to take a look at 5 favorites who stood out in our coverage over the past year. Check Green Source every day this week for updates. Do you have an artist you'd like to add or have us profile? If so email us or leave a comment.

It's hard to take your eyes off the beautiful designs. The stunning and unique look of each and every watch immediately arouses interest.

Want flower petals in the face of your watch? Okay. Want a bamboo chasis? No problem. Want that leather strap in tangerine? You got it. Daniel Schemel and his team of designers have created collections that can be customized down to the secondhand. Designed with renewable resources and battery-saving hardware, a good 85 hours may go into each custom-designed timepiece.

Before going to your nearest department store for an everyday watch, we advise you to put a little art on your arm. Mistura has a store at Galleria Dallas now, so there’s no reason not to check it out. You’ll be glad you did.
