Dallas Water Utilities is accepting entries for its 23rd annual Water-Wise Landscape Tour. The tour to be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017, educates the public on the beauty and water savings of landscapes that utilize native and adapted plants that are drought tolerant and need little supplemental water.
