This year is BRIT’s 30th Anniversary and we are celebrating with a day-long festival designed to highlight the beauty of the North Texas native landscapes. Through a series of family-oriented, interactive activities and demonstrations, we showcase our extraordinary native grasses, wildflowers and vegetation. Presenters include Texas Discovery Gardens with a presentation on Native Prairie Reptiles and the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center with their Birds of Prey Show. Other family friendly activities include Pet Adoptions, a Petting Zoo, a Fire Truck, Climbing Walls and even a solar car.
